Web Developer Requirements
Candidate must meet the following qualifications and be experienced in the following areas:
Great talent for creating fresh, unique, and professional designs
Strong existing portfolio of website work
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and Adobe Suite Products
Expert knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and table-less layout
PHP / MySQL
XHTML/CSS
JavaScript
JQuery
A minimum of three years experience focusing on website development and design.
Ability to create pixel perfect website designs and XHTML/CSS code
Strong website usability and content organization skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to keep timelines and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or equivalent years of experience will be considered
- Ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines in fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience directly interacting with “clients” either internal or external while maintaining a positive attitude
- Self motivation and accountability for every aspect of project management to exceed client expectations is essential
- Can-do attitude is a must
- Pride in work product and excellent work habits are required
